New content...

Hi folks....I've been a little off the radar lately...I recently suffered the loss of my father and to be honest, have been kind of foundering...I knew that I needed to say something here...but words fail me...I will never stop missing him. He always allowed me to be...well...me...supporting me in whatever hairbrained scheme I had. He was one of the smartest guys I ever met and knew more about music than just about anybody.

He was my Dad.

He had been sick for awhile but not critically so it came as major shock to all of us. For those of you I've spoken with I want to let you know that your friendship is appreciated. You have seriously made a difficult situation less so.

You are now a member of a club that no one ever looks forward to joining. You are now the oldest male...the patriarch. And you will never feel like you were ready, or fully worthy to fill the shoes that have been passed to you. At least that has been my experience.

I don't think you actually realize (but hopefully you do) how many people like you...and care about you. We need to have a pint and draw some shit!

Maybe its a little weird or inappropriate since we we don't really know each other that well, but for what its worth, you have my condolences.

Just know that from my experience that it just takes time.
